Hi! My name is Heather, I made this little blog so I have somewhere I can post some of the unique things I go out and see in my spare time. I don’t really intend on making money from this, but I hope I can help people who want to see the same obscure things that make me happy. Let me know what you think 😘

Or don’t! I’m not your boss!!! Anyway to save you time here are my likes and dislikes in bullet point form:

TRAVEL INTERESTS BULLET POINT LIST:

• Genuinely unique things that can’t be found elsewhere
• Propaganda efforts of any kind, but especially museums built for this purpose
• Communities of faith, in particular new religious movements
• Former (or even current) Communist architecture
• Natural history museums, especially ones with old dioramas
• Zoos and wildlife parks (providing they’re well funded!!)
• Odd, largely forgotten sights, like old roadside attractions
• Cool public transit (I will eventually ride the Wuppertal sky train even if it kills me)
• International organisation headquarters (e.g the EU, the UN, the African Union)
• Food from cultures beyond my own, especially new ones I haven’t tried yet (I try not to be weird about it though)

THINGS I DON’T REALLY DO AS MUCH BULLET POINT LIST:

• Art galleries (they don’t really grab me sorry)
• Gourmet food (I’m British + vegetarian)
• The great outdoors (I am not cool enough)
• Nightlife (I need sleep 😟)
• Theme parks (Again I am not cool enough)

One final note – I will absolutely update this blog irregularly!! Especially under lockdown but probably even afterwards because travel is expensive!!!
